Exclusively for nutrition and healthcare professionals
The Nutritional Genomics Interpretation Programme will give nutrition and healthcare professionals the scientific knowledge and clinical application experience to boost their confidence to start applying nutritional genomics in their practice.
Programme Overview
The Nutritional Genomics Interpretation programme comprises four elements;
- Molecular and Personalised Nutritional Genomics course
- Carbohydrate Behaviours and Lipid Metabolism course
- Immune Mediated Inflammatory Conditions and Nutrient Sensitivity course
- Detoxification, Oestrogen Balance and Methylation course
How it works
The programme was developed to be an interactive learning experience. Throughout the course modules, health and nutrition professionals will be guided through:
- Lectures presented by the programme lead, Dr Eve Pearce PHD (Med) B.Sc. (Hons) Medical Biochemistry
- Clinical application case studies
- An assessment for each course to check knowledge gained
- Additional reading including scientific literature
Qualification and CPD
To obtain the higher-level qualification, health and nutrition professionals will complete all four courses and undertake a tutor-based final assessment.
