Stress explained

Stress is a normal part of our everyday life. We are faced with deadlines, bills, uncertainties, hopes and fears on a daily basis. In the modern day, we do not have enough time to relax and tend to push ourselves mentally for way more hours of the day than in previous generations. This mental stress has an affect on the body. Continuous stress in a susceptible body leads to a constant release of stress hormone, which results in a release of sugar and fat formation.

The stress test is an assessment tool we use to measure how much;

  •  stress you are under
  •  burnout you are suffering from
  •  excess stress hormone you are releasing.

By taking a few minutes to complete the series of questions, our team of experts will then be able to assess your stress levels and determine whether it is contributing to weight gain, either by making too much stress hormone or by being burnt out.
